Romeo is 10 years old and excellent ground manners. Never lame and very honest. Shows in rated and schooling shows and recently won his first champion with our 9 year old in the Short Stirrup Hunter. He show jumps 2ft and schools 2'3 & 2'6 will go higher with our trainer on him. With a more experienced and stronger rider Romeo would be incredible. He is not bombproof however, our 9 year old handles him and has no problem getting him to listen and obey her commands. Romeo is a pocket horse and loves gentle companionship. He is forward and fast. We have had him out on trails; he will do what ever is asked of him. Stands for farrier, clips, bathes; Romeo loads,up to date on his shots and coggins. can be with any horse or pony. Romeo has a place on his right front leg where he had an old track injury; we have never had any problems with him going lame or sore, we shoe polish before a show and no one knows. We are selling him because our 9 year old wants to ride in her divisions and wants to relax. Romeo is a kind and gentle guy, just alittle too much for our 57lb daughter. We have had our trainer riding him and he is incredible. We have not tapped into his full potential. He's a dream on 4 fooves. We would consider trading him for a horse or pony no bigger than 15.0.
