Jewel is a beautiful bay Arab/Morgan cross. She is an expert on the trails, and is willing to go thru anything. Jewel is safe and sound. She has been ridden down the road with passing cars & barking dogs, thru cow pastures, over bridges, thru creeks, frequently encounters deer on the trails. None of this bothers her. She has excellent ground manners. Jewel will not buck, rear, or bolt. She will stand quietly, tie, load, clip, etc. She likes to go out on the trails alone or with a group. She will walk the trails all day. Jewel is a laid-back horse that is easy to ride. She will obediently do as she is asked. Jewel loves people and bonds with her riders. She gets along with other horses. She is in a pasture with a mixed herd and is out 24/7 (with a run-in shelter). Jewel has been used as a lesson horse, competed in local open walk/trot horse shows, and has competed in the Yadkin Valley time trials. I am selling her to a good home only. I am wanting to compete in endurance rides and that is not in her ability. Please call me with any questions.
