There is a medium to possibly very large darker colored possibly chocolate brown dog that goes out into the road on FISH HATCHERY RD
It's on FISH HATCHERY RD. in the Lebanon area close to Scio.
It doesn't seem to have anything on that's reflective at all.
It roams the ditches up and down the street and randomly walks into the road!
At night I've came around the corner several times and had to come to a sudden stop barely missing the dog that doesn't move at all.
He usually just stands and looks at my vehicle and doesn't move from where he is.
I would get out and put a flashing collar on him but I'm deathly afraid of dogs!
I actually put a flashing collar in my car for him but I don't have the nerve to approach a strange dog in the dark.
If anybody knows this dog please let the owner know that it's life is in terrible danger.
Please let them know that even though it's slow moving it's eyes don't glow brightly and it's hair color doesn't show up well at night. I'm really worried about it.
