Two ring neck parakeets. A blue and also a yellow. They are not hand handled. They are fully feathered and are completely heathly. Able to be worked with though. They take things from your hand. Price includes cage. Bought blue keet at pet store for 1,000. They are not the size of a normal parakeet, much bigger. Also a completely different bird. I do not have enough time for them.
