Phoenix is a 4 year old registered AQHA gelding with a beautiful dark sorrel color. His mane and tail are almost white in the summer. He is 15 hands and is as sweet and gentle as you will ever find. A zippo Pine Bar grandson and it definately shows. He is well muscled naturally and has those smaller feet that everyone wants for the show ring. Anyone can ride this horse but he has a special love for children. He would make someone a fantastic 4-H horse, trail horse, or best friend. Has been shown locally and never placed below a third. Usually firsts and seconds. He was shown walk/trot by a 4 year old girl last year and their first show out they took third place. He stands quiety, knows all leg cues to move his haunches, sholders, or sidepass, ties, clips, loads, easy to handle for vet and farrier, groundties, etc... He is an easy keeper and gets along well with other horses, dogs, etc... Can be ridden with or without tack. No saddle or bridle required with this horse. He will go completely off your leg cues! I am only selling this horse because we are morgan breeders and have no use or time for an AQHA gelding. He is ready to go and is looking for that special someone to contiue with him.
