I have a free cat that is in need of a good home. His name is Hero. Hero was originally found as a kitten by my vet in her backyard. She took him in and was keeping him in a kennel in the back until someone would take him(he was at the vet's for 6mo. before I found out about him); this broke my heart so I took him home. During his stay with my vet he gave blood to other cats in need and thus earned his name Hero. He is 1.5-2 yrs old and bright orange/red. He is very sweet, is up to date on all shots, declawed, fixed, a little shy, and long-haired. He would need to be indoors since he is declawed. Hero is excellent with other cats. He is a little skiddish from being in a cage for so long but is sweet and loving if he is picked up and set in someone's lop. (He loves to be pet.) I am in the process of taking in other stray cats who need homes and need to start finding homes for the cats I have already taken in.
