I am offering to the right person/family a portion of my farm for rent for horses . We have 85 acres total with 40 being cleared, well drained, high ground farm land in the Cerro Gordo, NC community. I am considering renting 5 acres cleared at this time with riding rights on the remaining 80 acres. The other 35 acres cleared is currently being rented for farm land. A farm pond is also included. There are no structures included and the cleared portion would need to be planted in pasture grass. This is raw land with great potental. There are wooded trails that I keep mowed and plenty of shade around the pasture area and pond. The farm is located on a rural road with little traffic. It is very quiet and peaceful.
